Since 2012, HF Slovakia has belonged to the worldwide HF Mixing Group - a leading supplier in the rubber industry, established by German company Harburg Freudenberg Maschinenbau GmbH. Among others, the group includes companies Pomini Rubber and Plastics (Italy), Farrel Corporation (USA), Farrel Limited (GB), HF Rubber Machinery (USA) and Mesabi Control Engineering (USA).

Our expertise
The HF Slovakia expertise is machining and assembly of single purpose machines, machines with automation, equipment, fixtures, heavy welded and machined components, customer on-site installations, commissioning, service and repairs.
The company has an extensive range of technical equipment and modern machine tools, large areas of production halls, warehouses, assembly and shipping. The total production area is 20,000 square meters.
Machining and welding
HF Slovakia specializes in precision machining of heavy workpieces made of steel and stainless steel. Our expertise is high-quality welding, verified according to the EN ISO 3834-2 standard. Annealing, hardening, sandblasting and surface treatment of the product are an integral part of our service. The maximum weight of the weldment is 12.5 tons.
Assembly and automation
HF Slovakia design, manufacture, assembly and commissioning complex and precise machines, using state-of-the-art computer-controlled electronics, hydraulics, controls and pneumatic. We also manufacture machines according to customer requirements, as well as consulting about changes and proposing improvements.
The assembly workshop has an area of approx. 4,000 m2 and dimensions of approx. 40 x 100 meters. The maximum weight of the assembly is 40 tons.
Single-purpose machines and fixtures
HF Slovakia manufactures single-purpose machines and jigs for simplification, precision and speed-up of production, welding or quality control. These machines simplify the manufacturing of parts and assembly in various industrial areas, for example, in automotive, railway and aerospace industries.
The production of these modular jigs requires very precise work in machining, welding and assembly, which is one of the key features of HF Slovakia.
Installation at the customer's site
We commission - place, start-up and test - each machine or device at the customer's site. The customer also receives 100% service with the delivery of the machine.
Service, installation and repairing
Our team of service engineers, mechanics, mechatronics engineer, welders and locksmiths can repair and operate almost any machine. The experienced team can perform machining, welding, assembly and service tasks at the customer's site. They can repair machines, equipment and steel structures, as well as being equipped to deal with hydraulic, pneumatic or electronic systems.

Company background
Production
Our machining and welding workshop of area 11 000 square meters is equipped with 11 lathes and millers, 18 drilling machines, 10 grinders, an electric spark cutter, 6 machining centers, 15 welding centers (Arc, MIG, MAG), a sandblasting box with dimensions 2,5 x 3,5m, 2 annealing boxes, degreasing and painting boxes, sludge and measuring instruments with an accuracy of up to 0,003 mm.
Engineering
HF Slovakia has its own engineering and programmers. We work with Solidworks and Solidcam systems.
We create 2D and 3D visualizations. We can produce without unnecessary paper projects - only using 3D models.
Quality
The entire production process - from material entry to expedition - is under the control of the quality department.
The quality department checks each received material to see if it differs from the required specifications. During production, we check the accuracy of the work and the permissible deviations. Before shipment, each product undergoes a final inspection and only then is shipped to the customer.

HF Slovakia has technical equipment for loading 44.5t assembly kit (32t + 12.5t crane).
We can provide DAP transport, including overseas packaging, according to the customer's needs.

The company is certified according to EN ISO 9001: 2015 – System of quality management and EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 – Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials.
